106. Broken melting pot! / corrupted souls

From night to day,

Twisting, turning awake, I stay...

No one trusted the truth,

For we trusted blindly a few lies...

Or was it just a fight between languages and region,

That was the only problem and the true silent reason .... 🤔

Language and regional flight,

Was the only reason behind the plight...

North vs south the language divides, 

There stays a silent hatred and a silent fight ....

In our own country, treated as if we are in a foreign land,

Needing very strong reasons for being standing on their land....⚖

Over and over just heard one statement being repeated from everyone's mouth,

Why travel from north to south...

Traveling from north to south started to seem like a crime,

Investigating which seemed everyone's motive prime ....

Illegally detained,

Troubled, touched and strained....

Police and lawyers lying and manipulating the game,

Tarnishing and staining the name with false documents and false blame... 

Forcing people to sign documents untrue and unfair,

Making false promises and showing fake care....

Rationalism taken over by racism,

Using power to falsely accuse people and put them in prison...

Black hearts with their black scheme,

Harassing and troubling to the extreme...

Corrupted hearts and corrupted souls,

The modern times, ugly trolls....

Trying to show their supremacy,

By doing things immoral and crazy....

Selfish and mean freak,

Making humanity defeat...

Regionalism destroying nationalism,

Creating a rift in nation by creating false individualism....

Making secularism seem just a belief fake,

For national unity and integrity, these people are truly a plague....

Language, cast and their creed, 

Is all that matters to these freaks...

Tough journey to inspire a teenager,

Trying harder makes things crazier...

So hard to know what's in their hearts and mind,

So hard to know when to be tough and when to be soft and kind...

Talking to them at times can be so tough,

Simple talks can turn into arguments rough... 

Dealing with sweet little innocent hearts and curious minds,

Can challenge our knowledge, skills, experience and expertise of many life times....

How to motivate a teenager with low motivation, self confidence, willpower and self-esteem,

Who lacks aim, destination and dreams...

It is hard to inspire them and be an ideal idol,

Shaping right their often destructive thoughts that can even turn suicidal...

Managing with love, praises and compliments their mood swings and mood cycle, 

Becomes at times very complicated but never less still very vital ...

Managing their life's curious questions and emotional tidal waves,

Inspiring them to build their life well and not dig their own graves...

Helping anxiety, panic attacks filled broken hearts,

Stuck in the dilemma of wrong and right,

At times, starting deep inside us an internal emotional turmoil and fight ... 

Handling a teenager can be challenging and draining,

Making us weak and question our morals, values and training... 

When their tears start raining,

When our heart and conscious starts blaming ...

Afraid that our one mistake can affect them for a lifetime ,

Our one decision can turn someone's life hellish or divine ....

At times its hard to sleep at night,

Fearing our efforts may not suffice...

The pressure to guide, motivate and build a young innocent life right, 

At times, starts to drain our own lives...

Even though the journey is tough,

At the end of the day, to build their happy future, all the risk is worth...💚

How to motivate a young soul, 

Who lost its self confidence by being bullied and being trolled...

Who lost its value, self-esteem and self-worth,

Who feels miserable inside and worthless like shit and dirt ...

Someone living a life of a joke,

Someone who has lost their every ray of hope...

The effect of a moment bullying doesn't last just for a day,

On the innocent psyche of kids, for ages, dormant it can stay....

Someone's harsh and insensitive jokes of a day,

Can scar and damage other life in an unrecognisable way...

No one can see, realise or measure the damage it made,

Because the silent trauma on the young impressionable mind and heart rarely fades...

The trauma can silently haunt them for ages,

Without letting anyone recognise or realise the true reason for a person's behavioural changes ....

No one can know how far they will carry this load,

Fighting their new-found depths of depression and self-loathe....

Being bullied truly breaks a child inside out,

Shattering their self confidence, creating hundreds of self-doubts ...

Making them feel broken and depressed,

Internally shattered and emotionally messed ....

Pushing them towards solitude, 

Turning their hearts' voice mute....

Feeling embarrassed and shamed,

Being laughed at like a meme....

An incident in adolescence and childhood,

Can destroy their manhood or womanhood...

Trapping them in a false definition of beautification and glorification,

Disturbing their life goals, priorities and mission...

Making them look desperately for praise, validation and appreciation,

But unfortunately, ultimately falling prey to depression and humiliation...

Making them vulnerable to being mentally, emotionally and physically abused,

To be toyed with, hurt and be used....

Making them ashamed of their looks and beauty, 

Making them desperate enough to turn to nudity...

Deviating them from their values and morals,

Luring them to things, illegal and immoral...

Making them live in silent unknown fear,

Filling their life with nightmares and tears ...

How much time will it take for the person to heal,

The feeling which for days, weeks, months or years they silently conceal...

A dark day can change the whole life upside down,

Make a simple sober person a broken clown...

At times, even after years, we are unaware,

What scars and pain we carry from simple bullying that subconsciously still is the root cause of all our fears and nightmares ...

Bullying can be said to be one of the biggest moral crimes,

That destroys young lives, their future and their happiness from time to time....

Tik tok tik tok,

The clock is ticking...⏰️

The heart is beating,

But few beats seem to be missing..

Slowly the strength,

Feels to be dimming...

The life force,

Really seems to have started flickering...

Looks like,

I soon have a date...

Soon i am gonna,

Meet my fate...

The clock is ticking, 

For all of us....

For some it's slow,

For some it's fast...

For some there is,

A long way to go...

For some it's gonna stop,

Soon even before they know...

For some the days,

Ahead are sparkling...

But for some life ahead,

Seems to be darkening...

For some the future,

Holds a bright glow...

For some the days ahead,

Seem to be super low...

There is some hidden power,

That's telling me so...

I am telling you whatever,

It is communicating to me in the flow...🥲

People ask,

If they are being told the truth...

Truth or lie,

Won't matter once we die ...🥺

They will be friends,

For many years...

Who knows,

If its years or days...

When suddenly forever they would part ways... ☹️

You have everything,

Still you feel low...

No one to talk to,

Nowhere to go...

Feeling lonely even in a crowd,

Silent heart with mind full of thoughts so loud...

Every one sees you smiling, 

No one knows what you are hiding ....

No one knows you are depressed,

Totally low and totally messed....

No one knows,

What you are going through... 

No one knows,

How hard it can feel to be to you...

Looking up to happiness,

Very rare and few...

Hardly ever expressing,

Your emotions true...

Not in touch,

With your own emotions...

Not able to understand,

Your hearts feelings or commotions...

Lost and confused,

Letting yourself to be used...

Affected by some,

Trauma of the past...

Something you are unaware,

Still affects you so deep and vast...

Some unhealed scars,

From the past...

Some unattended fears

That still last....

Engulfed by darkness,

Lost in solitude...

Stuck in shackles,

Of fears, guilt and self doubt...

Day by day drowning in your depression, 

Without any doubt...

With the sinking heart,

Our thoughts start to stink...

Turning us into someone,

We could never even think...

Feelings new,

Heights of low...

Depression giving our life force,

Daily a new serious blow...

Filling us with self hate,

As the days go ...

Stealing the charm of life,

And the will to live...

Depression slowly,

Silently kills....

Todays time is so full of anxiety and stress,

Everyone's emotional health is a mess....

Everyone is sad and lonely even in the glimic of stars and light,

Trying various things to find temporary peace and happy smiles bright...

Everyone is depressed,

Some more and some less...

Silent tears no one can see,

Everyone is so focused on the "Me"..

No one realises their true mental state,

Everyone is busy living in the dreamworld fake...

Hoping the materialistic things like money or latest gadgets to help them avoid,

The horrible feelings of emptiness, vacuum and the void...

Many at the risk of emotional breakdown,

Same as a nuclear plant with risk of meltdown....

Joking about suicide,

Inside really feeling to give up the fight...

Truly tired of life,

Peace and happiness deprived....

Feeling they are temporarily distressed,

Living in denial of truth that they are turning chronically depressed....

99. Teenage Angst 2

When zest for life is on high time,

When we learn the value of each and every dime...

When life moves in full swing,

Making us want to try, experience and experiment everything...

The best age of all time,

But with innocent curious minds at risk of diverting to various forbidden crime....😅☠️

Everything making heart go zing tring ring ,

Giving body shivers and variable chills...

With changes in body and psyche,

Emotional turbulence at times hurting like pointed spike....

Emotional roller coaster on full flow,

At times making us reach life's new low...

With new feelings and emotions so confused,

Sometimes feeling amazing sometimes totally amused...

At times pushy and nosy,

Simply looking for someone to talk with to feel comfortable and cozy

At times stubborn like a horse, 

At times controlling and dominating like a boss ...

With so many drawback and shortcoming,

Still at times thinking ourselves to be most wise, stunning and cunning...

Rebellion, jealousy, anxiety and depression on the go,

Still giving us a new shine and a unbelievable new glow... ✨️

We are depressed and low,

But still our beauty shines and glows.. 💓

When sometimes kids feel suffocated and in cage,

When hormonal changes gives them outburst of anger and rage.....

When irritability and sadness takes over,

Liveliness turns to moods lower ...

Friendships start to get all messed,

Life starts to feel all lonely and depressed...

When friends start to taunt,

When solitude starts to haunt.... 

No one to talk and share the inner storms,

Nobody to help understand life's silent norms....

Nobody to help unravel life's mysteries,

No body to help with uncontrollable curiosities...

The curiosity to explore,

Learn about the hidden forbidden things more and more....

When mind becomes a non stop question bank,

When we start hiding things from families and stop being true and frank....

Just wanting own personal space,

Just wasting time, energy and days...

Trapped in a maze,

With a blurred vision due to haze...

Needing confidence to play nice in the life's stage,

Trying to figure way out of the confusing maze....

Sometime overflowing with energy full of craze,

Sometimes lying down lost like a books torn or blank page ....

Trying to understand life's mysterious ways,

While enjoying carefree our days ....

Trying to win every battle and every race,

Trying to figure out our space...

Feeling at times broken and weak,

Desperately trying to find our league....

Bullying and tremendous  peer pressure ,

Making us feel our value day by day to be lesser and lesser...

Insecure about our own beauty,

Desperate to find someone to flirt who would call us their cutie...

Losing interest in studies and textbooks,

Just worrying day and night about the looks...

With so many wants and so many needs,

Desperate to impress and succeed...

Trying different techniques to sway,

Seeking attention and appreciation by any and every possible way...

Wanting to be accepted and liked,

Trying to fight our loneliness with all our might...

Learning to be confident and no longer be timid or shy,

Slowly evolving from a caterpillar to a beautiful butterfly...🦋

97. Toxic Marrige/Defeated Life

At times we cease to exist,

In simple hope of being loved, respected and kissed...

Hoping to start a new life as it was a special gift,

Putting everything we valued once at risk....

Marriage at times steals our dreams,

Filling our life with nothing but tears and silent screams...

When they try to be control freak,

Trying to control our every action and every word we think or speak...

With day and night numerous adjustments to make,

At times life starts getting tiring smiling just for others sake...

Trying our best to avoid marital fights and drama,

Living every moment in fear and trauma....

Lack of support can really break,

When people around us are selfish and fake...

When people around us don't understand,

For us they are not ready to take a stand...

When rudely they just shout and criticize, 

Even without our fault, always expecting us to apologize...

Everyday when we have to lose our dignity and self-respect,

To pacify someone's ego who think they are perfect...

With their ego super big,

Thinking of others as swine and pigs...

When they feel they own us like something from the market they bought,

Treating us worse than a pet dog...

Yelling and venting out on us all their frustration of the day,

Making us cry and feel shitty everyday in every possible way...

Expecting us to forget the ones who gave us birth,

While on other hand treating us as low life and mere dirt....

Our life gets at stake,

When marriage seems like our life's biggest mistake...

Coping up with a pissed short tempered freak sadist,

At times to escape suicide seems hard to resist...

After losing all our wishes, dreams, respect and peace,

Living like a lifeless piece of meat...

With a shattered heart and a torn soul,

Emotionally damaged and raped on a whole ....

A living Nightmare,

Which todays society choose to ignore and doesn't care ...

I am a foodie and a food critic,

Enjoying food every day like life is a picnic...

In simple terms i know only two taste,

Good or bad I will tell it on  your face...

I taste food with my eyes,

Then with the nose...

Tasting with the tongue at last, 

If the previous two rounds it has passed...

Relishing the taste,

Breaking the fast after a long wait...

So many types and so many taste,

To enjoy variety of food being born as a human seems God's biggest grace ....

Sweet, tangy, spicy and sour,

So many flavors seems to be at war...

Something to suit everyone's craze,

Seeing its endless variety you would be amazed...

Raw, boiled, steamed, baked or fried,

All the variety are a definite must to be tried...

Vegan, gluten free, veg or non veg,

There is something for everyone from person super rich to poor, ordinary or average...

From few cents to thousands of dollars,

Variable prices available to suit the pockets of every one from a prince to a pauper....

Food for the dumb, food for the scholar, 

Food for even white collar...

Food for adolescent,  kids, teenagers, adults and the old,

Food for the weak, sick strong, healthy and bold...

Food for leisure, food for pleasure,

Food for each and every occasion of life ever...

Food is what connects all,

It tastes different when eaten in a street than when eaten in a mall...

Without good food,

There can never be any good mood... 

Hunger goes to the mind ,

People start getting cranky even the peaceful, patient, wise and kind...

Some eat to live while the others live to eat,

Food is what truly makes everyone's heart really beat...

Many of the foods taste like divine gift,

Food really helps in depressed persons mood uplift..

Sweet and savory treats, 

Melting in mouth in seconds that people would want to last for weeks...

Crispy, tangy and spicy chips,

Making you want to lick and bite your own lips.....

Sizzling hot or icy cold,

So many flavors' new and untold....

Unlimited experiments making new dish,

Trying each and every one without a miss...

Flavor's so complex and deep,

Decoding all the ingredients becomes a true mystery indeed....

Same ingredients can play so many different role,

Cooking process can change the texture, taste and the look whole...

With endless new flavor's to relish forever,

Good food is a never ending treasure...

Scared of where the things may lead or end,

For they know, no one would be there for their rescue or to defend....

At times people like wolves lurking around to hunt down their innocent soul,

Steal their innocence n destroy their lives on a whole.... 

With no one on whom they can trust or depend,

Only their faith in God, to keep them moving on till their journey comes to an end.... 🙏

Trying to fight destiny,

With the root of all evil; the money... 💰

People buying without much thought a new mobile for a 1000 dollar ,

But thinking so much to  help with just a 100 dollar to a fellow Scholar ...

Kind and noble people losing the battle of life,

For lack of money acted as a barrier in their fight to survive....

Lack of resources, 

Leaving behind in hearts regrets and remorses ....

The harsh tests of life,

Making it hard and almost impossible for peace and hope in hearts to remain alive....

Continuous daily battles of survival full of stress, 

Takes a toll on mental and physical health making life a mess....

Making heart worried,  scared and paranoid,

Making hard for even a single moment of life to be devoid of any stress....

A life completely devoid of hope,

Full of new troubles every day and at every step without any relief or improvements scope....

No one to support or be our strength,

No one to be called truly a family or a friend ....

In harsh times of troubles of life, 

No one genuinely has support of people even five...

The pain and the tears of this harsh life,

I was weak and suffering through physical pain,😓

It felt like one after other disease n pain came nonstop like drops of rain.... 🌧

I went to many doctors to seek medical advice,

But no bed rest or medicine was able to help me heal and revive.....

The doctors said maybe it was deficiency of multivitamin,

May be i was too fat and needed to go thin and be a bit slim....

I got a scolding from my sister to go on healthy diet,

To get my medical tests done ,with me she landed in a fight....

She used all her rights, 

And forced me to follow doctors advice....

She kept me restricted to bed rest ,

And forced reduce my travels down to Nil for my own best...

For weeks I ate fruits and healthy food,

And kept away from all kind of junk food....

But nothing seemed to,

Help my condition improve...

With a lot of persuasion after 3 weeks with her  when I met, 

Had a crazy day overflowing with laughter and smiles but no rest...

The laughter and the joy filled my heart with so much energy and zest,💗

It's magic helped me heal and revive much more in a day than over weeks of bed rest.....😱

No better multivitamin for me than my sisters smile and time, 😍

A day spent with her helped me realize she is my source of vitamin d3, she is truly my sunshine 🌞

By the end gave a disappointment of a different degree ..... 😒 😪
